Jermaine Wiggins (born on January 18, 1975) is an ex- American football tightener. He played in the NCAA football tournament at Georgia and was signed by the New York Jets as an undrafted free agent in 1999.

Wiggins was a player at New England for three seasons (2000 from 2000 to 2002). While in New England he won Super Bowl XXXVI in 2001. After a slow 2001 regular season , in which he was only able to catch the ball 14 times, Wiggins was a crucial player in his team’s Patriots air attack during the playoffs. Wiggins is probably most well-known by Patriots fans for his 10- catch, 68 yard game as part of the Patriots AFC Divisional Round overtime victory over the Raiders. Wiggins also intercepted a pass of seven yards during the Patriots final Super Bowl drive that enabled the field goal kick to beat the Raiders. He was also famous for his red cleats.

Wiggins then played part of one season for the Indianapolis Colts in 2002.
